Heartjoy is a method of transformational coaching that I created in the process of my healing. It is a combination of seeing life within the context of being created by a Higher Mind, which is LOVE.
It also acknowledges life as purposeful, with every experience having a positive purpose for our higher purpose of being here now.
The Heartjoy Method also employs tools such as the Emotional Freedom Technique, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Ho'oponopono, and Ayurveda, to name a few, to transform painful life events into self-love.
